Similarly to many other palaces that were being raised in old times, this building was also originally created as a typical object of defensive characteristics.
This palace was being built by hetman Adam Mikołaj Sieniawski at the beginning of 18th century. It gained its contemporary appearance after rebuilding from the end of 19th century performed by The Czartoryskis.
Both World Wars contributed to devastation of the palace and the park surrounding it. The depth of this downfall was hit in middle 60s and 70s, when the local fire brigade practiced fire extinguishing on it.
In the 80s of 20th century the palace was overtaken by „Igloopol” enterprise from Dębica, which during following twenty years had reconditioned the entire complex, turning it into one of the most beautiful places of Podkarpacie.
