Pol’and’Rock 2025 – the Newest Edition

of the Most Beutiful Festival in the World

“We want Poland to be like this”- Pol’and’Rock Festival 2025 kicked off with a spirit of freedom. No barriers, no sectors, no divisions – this is how this year’s Pol’and’Rock Festival began. There are no sectors or traditional barriers at the festival, a deliberate decision to foster a greater sense of community and safety. As Owsiak said, the most important thing is for everyone to feel part of this space.

Although the official opening of the festival will not take place until Thursday, 31 July, the fun at the most beautiful festival in the world has been in full swing since Wednesday.

Jurek Owsiak emphasises that they started out with nothing. Today, they can enjoy excellent sound systems, a command centre, the assistance of a hospital that responds quickly to the problems of participants throughout the event, and world-class logistics – but despite this development, the spirit has remained the same. The spirit of freedom. This year’s edition of Pol’and’Rock also features ‘living zones’ – places for meetings, workshops, lectures and discussions. As always, the festival brings together generations and communities.

On Thursday, the festival kicked off with a run to raise awareness about diabetes and the first classes at the Academy of Fine Arts.

At 3 p.m., Jurek Owsiak and Roman Polanski officially opened the 31st edition of The most Beautiful Festival in the World.

What also happened beside the festival stage:

On Thursday, 1 August, at 5 p.m., the former military airport fell silent… At the appointed hour, during the concert on the main stage, there was a symbolic moment of silence and reflection. This was a reference to the commemoration of the Warsaw Uprising insurgents, who, as Owsiak pointed out, ‘cannot be overlooked even during a celebration of music and joy.’ After honouring the insurgents, Owsiak encouraged the audience to listen to the rest of the concerts, in particular Fisze Emade Tworzywo, Burning Spear, Wolfmother and Paradise Lost.

“The finale could be amazing with Burning Spear, who are Jamaican. They are absolute masters; they all played with Marley, as they say, but he really knew and played with Marley,” Jerzy Owsiak enthused.

Stage Specials:

Tyskie has joined the group of main partners of the festival as a new partner, supporting the festival with its zero offer and promoting responsible alcohol consumption and sensible fun.

“The most important thing for us is that we feel we share common values,” said the vice president of marketing at Kompania Piwowarska.

An Allegro representative emphasises the unique bond that has developed between the brand and the festival over the years: “We have been with Pol’and’Rock for 25 years.” The Allegro Zone is a place of rest and good energy. Here, you can charge your phone, enjoy the best view of the concerts from the Ferris wheel, sit down for a moment with your family or simply catch your breath. The brand has also prepared wonderful games and activities for the youngest festival participants.

The festival lasted until Sunday without any major troubles. The organisers assure us that everything was taken care of down to the last detail – from medical services to the Command Centre. As always, the Peace Patrol kept order.
