The fashion for beer produced by traditional craft methods broke out across the world a few years ago. Beer brewing traditions in Poland date back to the roots of our national identity – over 1000 years ago.

Beer has always been the most popular alcoholic drink among Slavic people. Which is why the hop revolution found exceptionally fertile lands in Poland. Microbreweries, usually owned by individual families, are still springing up like weeds around these parts. It is one of the most dynamically growing parts of food industry.
