Targi Lublin

ul. Dworcowa 11
Lublin, Lubelskie Poland

Fantastic Festival of Imagination StarFest is an interdisciplinary festival dedicated to culture inspired by fantasy. One of the largest thematic events in the country, inspired by the Falkon Fantasy Festival, of which it is, in a sense, the heir.

In recent years, fantasy has become one of the most important parts of culture, offering works aimed at both a wide audience and enthusiasts and the most demanding recipients. Pop culture, manifested in books looking into modern apartments and houses, in long-awaited premieres of films and comics, in exciting games and series passionately watched on streaming platforms, has become an important part of the lives of subsequent generations. Fantastic culture fuels imagination and provides an intergenerational platform where everyone will find something for themselves.

StarFest is a three-day event during which approximately 400 events related to broadly understood fantasy and pop culture will take place, including:

– meetings with fantastic pop culture stars: writers, actors, game creators, publicists, YouTubers;

– lectures, lectures and discussion panels divided into thematic blocks: literary, popular science, pop culture, sci-fi, role-playing games and varia;

– competitions, tournaments, workshops, shows, concerts, film and series screenings;

– all types of unplugged games and video games: computer, console, board, card, battle and role-playing games;

– commercial and thematic stands;

– performances, presentations, dance shows, melee fights, fire shows, concerts
and many others.

Sleep Room – Free On-Site Overnight Stay

A free overnight option during StarFest is a perfect solution for participants who want to fully immerse themselves in the festival experience and not miss out on the unique attractions continuing after dark.

The Sleep Room is a specially designated sleeping area available to festival participants from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. It allows you to stay late, attend evening events, join night tournaments, or talk with speakers – and then rest without needing to search for a hotel or head home.

To use this option, you must bring your own basic sleeping equipment. We recommend packing:

  • a sleeping bag – preferably a warm one, suitable for cooler night temperatures;

  • a camping mat or insulating pad – for better comfort and protection from the cold floor;

  • a flashlight – useful for moving around at night (don’t forget extra batteries!);

  • personal hygiene items – towel, soap, toothbrush, and other essentials.

Besides saving money, using the Sleep Room is a great way to enhance your StarFest experience. By staying at the heart of the event 24/7, you can more easily connect with other fans, talk with creators and guests, share your passions, and meet fantasy enthusiasts from across Poland.

To take advantage of the free overnight stay, you need to register in advance by filling out a form available on the festival’s website. Applications are accepted until October 15, 2025.
