On Friday, August 30, another edition of Moricon took place at the Białystok University of Technology. This convention is mainly dedicated to “Anime” and the culture of the Far East. However, it did not lack other accents that accompany such events. There were references to Tolkien and other cult fairy tales of European culture.

During the 3 days of the event, the organizers provided an interesting and diverse program, so that each participant could find something for him.
So there were meetings with artists, researchers of Asian culture and customs. You could take your first attempt at learning Japanese, but also hold a replica of the legendary katana in your hand.

Obviously, there were also stands with gadgets and food trucks serving Korean and Japanese cuisine.

Of course, there was a Cosplay Gala and competition. What distinguished the Białystok event was the final party, in which the cosplayers, judges, organizers and participants took part.
